How We Could Have Prevented All Wildfires?

Problem: Forests and nearby villages in Canada, Australia, USA esp California, in the Mediterranean countries such as Turkey, Greece, Algeria, also in Siberia, et al., wild fires have been turning forests and nearby homes into ashes!

Informed examinations point to the secret HAARP technology now integrated in our 4G & 5G wifi communication towers as the main culprit... as the technology which turns weather into a weapon of war and destruction including the removal of clouds and causing El Nino, producing wildfires.

Answer: We should have divided the forest into no less than 5-hectare lots, given each 5 hectare into a family's stewardship on one condition: That the recipient family turns it into a Ranchard (ranch + orchard) to let fruitrees (orchard) replace the wild forests.

Wild forests are trees unmanaged, with lots of bushes and grasses underneath, hence, more vulnerable to fires.

But if these forests are distributed to families and be turned into ranchards, looking like beautiful parks, with trees well distanced, and excess bushes and grasses eitehr managed or removed, then, wild fires would have no chance of occuring.

Suggestion: Let all wild forest be distributed to the people, at 5 hectare per family, so that each family will manage each lot into a ranchard, and be free from the risk of fire!
